Q: I placed my order, what do I need to do next?

A: After your order is placed a Troon Tournament representative will contact you within two business days to confirm your order and review your purchase. He or she will review each item with you to determine which sponsor logo(s) needs to be included with each individual product. You will be emailed with a DropBox link to upload all of your sponsor logos necessary for production. After all logos are received an artwork approval proof will be created showing the sponsor logos in position for each product. Once approved, your job will be sent to final production. After you have approved and we have begun production on your order NO further changes can be made without incurring a fee.

Q: Where will my products be delivered?

A: We will deliver your products directly to the golf course that is hosting your tournament. Your products will be waiting for you the day you arrive and our friendly staff will be there to help you set up.

Q: How will I know when my order ships?

A: Tracking numbers will be emailed to you when your order ships.

Q: Do you offer expedited orders & shipping?

A: Yes, although generally we need 2 – 3 weeks lead time for production and shipping varying from product to product. If your event is within a week it may not be possible to fulfill your order within that timeframe. If you have placed an order within our 2 – 3 week production window a representative will contact you to determine whether or not your order can be produced and shipped in time for your event. If it is determined that your order will process in time then expedited shipping charges will be added to the cost of your order. If we cannot process your order in time for your event your order will be cancelled and you will be issued a refund.

Q: Can I order less than the listed minimum quantity?

A: No, in order for us to offer low prices with free shipping we must keep quantities at their stated minimums to remain profitable and efficient.

Q: How can I ensure that each product has the correct logo/sponsor?

A: You will receive an artwork approval proof before your order is sent to production. You will have a chance to request edits and make modifications during this process. We will not move to production until you give us final approval on all your items.

Q: I'm ready to submit my sponsor logos - which formats can you accept for production?

A: Preferred logo file formats are vector-based .eps, .ai, .cdr, .svg, or .pdf. If you are unable to provide each logo in one of the specified formats our art department will need to recreate the logo to ensure proper print quality. If you do not have these files readily available, we can recreate logos for a fee of $25/logo.
